When you use free weights, gravity decides where the weight comes from, so you get more resistance during one part of the movement (such as the upswing of a bicep curl) than the other (downswing). With Elite Stretch Tube, the tension is constant, which makes resistance uniform. Suggested Use: Stand with both feet together, holding the handles of Elite Stretch Tube in either hand. Step both feet onto the middle of Elite Stretch Tube, hips-width distance apart. Inhale, as as you exhale, simultaneously bend both elbows. Make sure you have the correct alignment. As you inhale, straighten both your arms, coming back to the starting position. This counts as one repetition. Perform three sets of 15 repetitions. |
