Faster Mix: 1 scoop (about 27 grams) of Ultimate Nutrition CarneBOLIC™ Hydrolyzed Beef Protein Isolate into 8 oz. (approximately 240ml) of water in a glass. Mix lightly with a spoon for 15-20 seconds.
We do not recommend mixing CarneBOLIC™ in a blender or heavily shaking or mixing it.
